PHAZE II has been providing Smooth and Funky Jazz sounds on the local music scene in the Washington, DC area since 1997. PHAZE II are the winners of the 2005 Capital Jazz Challenge Competition and a 2014 WAMA award. They have backed up Regina Belle, El DeBarge, Kenny Lattimore, MeL'isa Morgan, Tim Bowman, Frank McComb, Conya Doss, Paul Taylor, Matthew Whitaker and many other artist.
